To begin, please make sure that your clinic meets or exceeds the following minimum System Requirements, which are necessary to ensure a high-quality Shadowbox experience:

WINDOWS:
• Intel® Intel Pentium 4 or newer processor; Intel Core i3, Core iS, and Core i7 or faster preferred
• Any currently supported Microsoft Windows operating system. As of 2020, this means Windows 10.
• 1 GB of RAM (2GB recommended)

BROADBAND INTERNET:
The Shadowbox experience is vastly improved with high speed (25MBS download/3MPS upload) internet service.

ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR):
The EHR's listed at the end of this guide highlight which EHR's are available and compatible with Shadowbox.
